I’ve birthed 3 babies, have stretch marks and loose skin. As a former bodybuilder and fitness competitor, i totally understand the games our minds play. I am the first to admit that i’m my own worst critic and sometimes wish i could just borrow someone else’s body, but. you know what?! every one of my stretch marks tells a story. My loose skin is proof of the home birth of our 3rd baby, and while my boobs aren’t as perky as they were before becoming a mom, it’s my daily reminder of how resilient and strong i am.

Why am i sharing all of this?
